The six steps To make your exhibition preparations as simple as possible, the ILMAC exhibition planner will be providing you with useful tips for your exhibition planning on a regular basis. You will find the six steps and all the associated forms on our website too, at ilmac.ch/tradefairsuccess. Step 1: Introduction Book your stay in Basel at an early stage and ensure you have an overview of all the key details. Step 2: Start of April Stand construction & Fittings Make sure you have ordered all the connections you need. We will naturally assist you with your stand concept too, including the furnishings, lighting and event technology. Step 3: Start of May Visitor marketing & Media work The print and online ILMAC visitor campaigns will be starting in May. Benefit from our know-how and use our advertising materials and media addresses for your visitor advertising. Step 4: Start of June Event & Highlights Step 5: End of July Organisation & Logistics Save time and money: schedule the assembly and dismantling of your stand and order car park spaces, storage areas and logistics services. Step 6: End of August The final spurt Final items of key information including access maps and telephone numbers, etc.
