Whether electronically or physically – we will be pleased to support you with your PrioCode and admission vouchers, with visitor brochures and advertising posters and also with tips for your media work. To ensure that the visitor contacts at your trade fair stand develop into leads, we are offering you an efficient trade fair contact tool in the form of our “Scan2Lead”.

Would you like to invite your customers to ILMAC free of charge?
The PrioCode offers you numerous options when it comes to your invitation management.
You can include it in e-mails, in your signature, in newsletters, on your website, on orders and invoices and also in your advertisements, for example.

Send out the PrioCode to your customers together with the link to the ILMAC online shop www.ilmac.ch/ticket.
Your recipients can then generate a free day ticket and print it out immediately with just a few clicks.

And all this is naturally free of charge for you too – on the contrary, we will reward your commitment with a bonus.

If you achieve the visitor numbers set out below, we will give you:

Up to 25 m² and 50 visitors:	CHF 500.-
From 25.1 m² to 80 m² and 100 visitors:	CHF 700.-
More than 80 m² and 200 visitors:	CHF 900.-

Only the actual admissions to the trade fair (through the turnstiles) count.

Physical admission vouchers with your code

You can be sent printed copies of the admission vouchers by post at any time.
You can order these online at www.m-manager.com.

If tickets are to be printed on dates other than these, we will charge CHF 300 per print run.

Invitation management - Exhibitor Service Center (ESC)

The Exhibitor Service Center supports you in your invitation management and offers you the opportunity to track the visitors that you have invited with the code. We have made the following explanatory videos available to you to support you in your use of the Exhibitor Service Center:

Scan2Lead - the perfect solution for capturing your visitor data

Using Scan2Lead, you can capture all the key information on visitors to your ILMAC stand in a matter of seconds. The tool allows you to immediately save, supplement and further process the data.

Optimise your trade fair success, save yourself time and work, and ensure that the data you access is always up-to-date. At the end of June, you will receive a newsletter containing detailed information on Scan2Lead, including a personal test login enabling you to test Scan2Lead in the period up to the trade fair. You can order scan2lead as of June via m-manager.

By the way, all exhibitors who registered by 30.11.2018 will receive one free access to Scan2Lead.
