The best conversations with customers are those conducted over a glass of wine with a choice of snacks. The ILMAC Networking Event is being held on Wednesday, 25 September. From 17:00 to 18:30 professional trade fair business will be giving way to sociable networking. Our catering partners will be at your disposal and will be pleased to assist you with your ideas.

Immediately after the event, the ILMAC Drug Party is being staged in 2019 once again, from 18:30 to 20:30. We warmly invite you to attend.

Networking Event on 25 September from 17:00 to 18:30.
You can give your creativity free rein here and offer visitors, your staff or selected customers a special trade fair experience. Please notify us of your event – we will be pleased to include it in our event calendar.
Please note that stands must be staffed during the extended opening hours! Following the Networking Event, the ILMAC Drug Party is being held from 18:30 to 20:30 for all exhibitors and visitors.
MUT – The environmental technology fair held in parallel to ILMAC
At the MUT fair, the spotlight will be on the latest products and services associated with the following focal themes:

         -   corporate environmental protection and environmental management
         -   water and waste water treatment
         -   waste management, air pollution control
         -   energy and energy efficiency

Services in m-manager

In m-manager you will find all the important services, such as catering & accessories, stand personnel, photography and information on Scan2Lead. You must register and log on in m-manager beforehand with your data for ILMAC 2019. If you click on the "Order services" option, the display on the screen will change, and "Catering & Services" will now appear in the top section. Here you will find all the different services that you can enquire about and/or order directly.

Exhibitor Service Center

We briefly drew your attention to the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) in Step No. 3 of the Exhibition Planner already. You can call up the ESC directly from m-manager.
The Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) appears as soon as you log in to m-manager, under "upcoming dates" on the main page.
You can order voucher codes and printed vouchers in the ESC. You also have the opportunity to invite visitors and conduct your visitor management via the portal.

If you require assistance or have mislaid your login data, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Stand

Don't forget to obtain stand construction approval for your stand. As specified in the Stand Construction and Design Guidelines, approval is required for all exhibitors with a stand that is more than 4 metres in height and covers an area of more than 80 m². We generally recommend obtaining stand construction approval for all stands!
