Insurance
Check your insurance cover and don't forget to send us the insurance application or insurance waiver. If we do not receive one of these forms from you, we will automatically take out insurance cover for you, with the premium being charged to the exhibitor.

Logistics
MCH Messe Basel works with a modern and innovative logistics process. As the key measure, all journeys to transport goods to and from the Messe Basel exhibition site must be registered in advance for a specific time slot. The journeys to be made by your caterer during the fair can also be booked beforehand. Coordination of your empties or a fork-lift truck for a special exhibit can be ordered in m-manager. You will be sent the login details for the logistics tools on 26.08.2019.

All the logistics services provided for a stand in conjunction with an exhibitor's presence at the trade fair will generally be charged to the exhibitor. This also includes services that are ordered on-site by a third party (e.g. stand constructor, forwarding agent). An overview of the logistics services booked is available in the logistics tool at all times.

The brochure and video show the procedure in simplified, graphic form.
Logistics packages
Are you familiar with our logistics packages already? You can have your goods collected from anywhere in Switzerland and taken directly to your stand space. This will save you a great deal of time and trouble.

Quotations can also be drawn up for exhibitors from abroad. Let our logistics partner give you a quote for transporting your goods.

Messe Basel Customs Office
Messe Basel has its own customs office on the exhibition site. Find out beforehand about customs formalities and opening hours in order to ensure smooth processing at the Messe Basel checkpoint. Information on customs clearance is available on +41 58 206 21 22.

Waste
Save money by providing your stand constructor with information on waste disposal, because we charge exhibitors CHF 250 per cubic metre, or part thereof, for waste that is not cleared up. A range of waste containers are available from the Hall Manager during assembly and dismantling.
