We hope that you had an enjoyable summer and were able to find a place in the shade to spend the hot summer days, or have come back a holiday duly refreshed. ILMAC 2019 is now rapidly approaching.
Don't forget to register your stand personnel!
You do this via the exhibitor service portal (ESC) in m-manager. You can access the exhibitor service portal via the "Order"/"Organisation+Logistics" links in the menu.

Getting there and parking spaces

Information on how to get there is posted here!

Parking spaces for exhibitors – the route to the Messe Basel car parks is signposted "Messe" as of the motorway. You can use parking spaces in the "Parkhaus Messe" (max. height 2 m). Please reserve your exhibitor parking spaces in good time before the fair. The easiest way to do this is via our online ordering tool for exhibitors, m-manager.

Assembly and dismantling times and theft

You will find the assembly and dismantling times here!

Theft:
Never leave your trade fair exhibits unattended and protect yourself against theft. You can order stand surveillance via our electronic service tool for exhibitors, m-manager.

Networking Evening and Drug Party

The ILMAC Networking Event is taking place on Wednesday, 25 September 2019. From 17:00 to 18:30, professional trade fair business will be making way for sociable networking. Please make sure that stands are staffed during this time.

Following the networking event, the ILMAC Drug Party will be taking place again in 2019 from 18:30 to 20:30. You are warmly invited to attend.

Logistics tool

All journeys to transport goods to and from the trade fair site must be registered in advance.
Book your time slot in the logistics tool at http://smartlog.messe.ch and drive your car directly to the trade fair site.
