Visitor advertising, protection concept, information regarding the reception

ILMAC LAUSANNE will be opening its doors in early October. The trade fair is not being held in the same way as previously – we will be taking the special precautionary measures that we have already informed you about in a separate e-mail.

In this Exhibition Planner, we inform you first and foremost about visitor advertising and also about the reception, which will unfortunately not be taking place in 2020 on account of COVID-19.

This year again, there will be a "call for abstracts for oral presentations" for the ILMAC Forum. A separate announcement will be following about this, together with the deadline for applications.

Visitor advertising

We wish to actively support you in ensuring your trade fair success. In our Exhibitor Service Center (ESC), different options are available for advertising your presence and managing your visitor data. And the upcoming Exhibition Planner will provide you with more information and your personal access link. You will also be receiving the proven individual PrioCode in the next Exhibition Planner.

We would like to inform you at this stage already, that we will be rewarding your invitation management and offering you a bonus on your stand package depending on the number of visitors you invite.

Benefit from a bonus (CHF 500.– / CHF 700.– / CHF 900.–) on your stand package once you reach a specific number of visitor admissions: for an exhibition surface area of 9 m², 18 m² or 36 m² with at least 20, 30 or 40 redeemed tickets. For example: with 30 generated admissions and a stand package of 18 m², we will credit you CHF 700.–.

Benefit from the circulation of our main media partner ChemieXtra and reach your target group without any scatter loss. You will be given a discount of 10% on your print advert in the trade fair issue 9/2020.
The only condition is that the ILMAC logo must be included in your advert. You will find all the further details here.

Protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE 2020

As already announced in a separate e-mail, you are welcome to assist us with the protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE. If you have an idea of how you could help us, whether with disinfectants, PPE, cleaning of surfaces or test kits, ... - then get in touch!
In return for your support, you will benefit from free advertising and will also be mentioned several times as a partner in the communication sent out regarding the protection concept, since we will be presenting the measures to all potential visitors beforehand.

Together with our partners Huberlab, Milian and Skan, we will be providing protective masks and gloves, and it is planned to decontaminate the Forum area on both days before the event opens.

Information regarding the reception

On the basis of the current state of affairs, we are assuming that we will not be able to hold a reception on Wednesday 07.10.2020 after the fair has closed and are thus dispensing with the reception. In 2022, a reception will be held in the customary manner once again.
You will still be able to enjoy our free "Networking Lunch" with your customers.
We will be observing the relevant distancing rules here.
We will similarly be adapting the trade fair so as to abide by all the protective measures.

360° - Virtual Trade Fair 365 days

In 2020, we are offering you the opportunity, for the first time, to present your trade fair stand on a virtual basis. Together with our partner, we can make a digital recording of your stand during the event. You can then display your trade fair stand for 365 days or more on your company website, for example. In addition, we can offer you the option of including the link in the list of exhibitors and thus extending your reach.
