Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) The Exhibitor Service Center supports you with your invitation management. The ESC allows you to track the visitors you have invited with your code and is available to you as of now. To assist you in using the Exhibitor Service Center, we have compiled the following explanatory videos for you. •    ESC in General: Advantages and Uses •    Visitor Vouchers and Campaigns •    Tickets Stand Personnel •    Dashboards and Monitoring Please note that, for environmental reasons and on hygienic grounds, we wish to get by without printed vouchers this year! Don't underestimate your invitation power, since the more visitors you invite, the more successful your trade fair presence will be. Don't hesitate to contact us, we will be pleased to advise you in person. Benefit from a bonus (CHF 500.– / CHF 700.– / CHF 900.–) on your stand package once you reach a specific number of visitor admissions: for an exhibition surface area of 9 m², 18 m² or 36 m² with at least 20, 30 or 40 redeemed tickets. For example: with 30 generated admissions and a stand package of 18 m², we will credit you CHF 700.–.

Logistics and times A couple of weeks before the trade fair starts, it is now time to look into the logistics. Our logistics partner, Sempex, is available to ensure that you can make your deliveries and set up your stand as efficiently as possible. You can order all the logistics services directly by Irma Boric. Important: For safety reasons, exhibitors are not permitted to use their own motorised industrial trucks. If you need one of these trucks, please contact Sempex. If you are coming by car, please use the on-site car park. You can drive right up to the Hall for loading and unloading and, if you do not require assistance from Sempex, can perform the loading and unloading yourself. You do not need to book a time slot. Note regarding the exhibitor pass: Don't forget to obtain your exhibitor pass (exhibitor ticket). To do this, you must register as stand personnel. You will find information on this in the ESC or in the explanatory video "Stand Personnel". Assembly and dismantling times: Assembly: Tuesday, 06.10.2020: 7:00 to 18:00 Dismantling: Thursday, 08.10.2020: from the end of the event until 22:00 Friday, 09.10.2020: 7:00 to 16:00 Opening hours for visitors, daily from 9:00 to 17:00 Opening hours for exhibitors, daily from 7:00 to 18:00

Protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE 2020 As we have already announced, you are very welcome to assist us with the protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE. If you have any ideas about how you can support us – with disinfectants, PPE, cleaning of surfaces or test kits, ... then contact us! In return for your support, you will benefit from free advertising and will also be mentioned several times as a partner in the communication sent out regarding the protection concept, since we will be presenting the measures to all potential visitors beforehand.
